David's Bridal is online and always has bargains. It was literally the only place I found a pair that were decent.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary today. It's going to be such a happy day for you :)
Regarding shoes, if you're dead set on white then you can do something like David's Bridal as the others gals have suggested but there are so many other options out there! I had fun with my shoes. Mine were sparkly strapped high heels for the ceremony and the crystals had a hint of blue sparkle for my "something blue", along with my garter belt.
A good friend did killer beautiful studded blue shoes underneath and then changed to Chuck Taylor's at the dinner / reception / dance. Her photos were amazing!!
Unless your gown is going to show the shoes I would totally not worry about it and go crazy with something you adore. I mean you're NEVER going to wear white bridal shoes again and they are often so ugly imo.
Aldo has added a "bridal" section to their stores. They have some cute and sparkly options rather than just plain white bridal, which are often that terrible satiny, dyeable material with no style.
Whatever you go with just make sure you get them with enough time to break them in before the big day. No one wants horrible blisters. And make sure your maid of honor has an "everything that could possibly go wrong" kit, including blister bandages and pretty slippers to change into if your feet start to hurt (and your gown is long enough to cover your feet).
Congratulations :) I hope you find some beautiful shoes for your special day.

I bought very pale pink ones from Aldo. But there were some cute ones online at Nordstrom! Try there.
