Does anyone watch ASMR? What types do you like or what are some triggers?

Asmr

"Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson"

People make videos on YouTube with certain triggers that help a lot of people with sleep and anxiety. Like with tapping, talking, whispers etc.

I do! It's helped me with insomnia and it's a great stress reliever.

@Greendeehawk Here's a list of the channels I watch. Some of them are not your traditional ASMR but still very relaxing. Would love to know some of your faves, as well!

- ASMR Bakery
- Caroline ASMR
- ASMRSleepyHead

- Cooking Tree
- The Best Satisfying

Some people find it to be super relaxing! I watched a honey comb one out of curiosity and actually found it to be pretty neat.

This might sound weird, but there used to be this one elderly woman I'd visit when I worked at the PSW and whenever she'd talk it would just automatically soothe me. It was the oddest thing lol

I actually like listening to a podcast called "Nothing Much Happens" her voice is pretty soothing.
