Easiest peanut butter cookies

I just tried the easiest 3 ingredient recipe for peanut butter cookies. It was on the side of a Kraft peanut butter jar.
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
That's it! 15 minutes at 325°F. Makes 24 cookies.

That's it!! Too easy! I wonder how they would turn out with a natural PB?

natural PB

Although I found this recipe on Kraft PB, I made them using all natural, fresh peanut butter and they turned out great.
My hubby loves Kraft but I prefer all natural and use it when I can get away with it. Sneaky I know but healthier and what he don't know. ...

natural PB

Good to know, thanks! We keep natural PB in the house but it doesn't often make its way to cookies - usually it is just eaten with a spoon as soon as we get it home. Next time I have some I will make sure to bake these cookies, and not just devour it right out of the jar ;) Natural is just SO good!

you're welcome

I couldn't believe these would turn out so I tried them. Once I did, I was so excited I had to share with my fellow chicks! We all lead busy lives so anything timesaving and inexpensive to make is a win in my books. Happy baking and thanks to Kraft for the great recipe!

Always a big hit with my family!

My kids love the Kraft Peanut Butter Cookie recipe. They like it when I add a few semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of each cookie before I bake them. Adds a little sweet extra to an already classic cookie.

Sounds pretty simple freddi but, have you tried this yourself?Doesn't sound like much,no vanilla or flour ,I'm curious as to how to get 24 cookies out of almost nothing. How did yours turn out freddi?
