I like to make little pizzas on English muffins. They are easy and not too expensive.

Customizeable

Something like pizzas, tacos, or quiche where they can pick exactly what they want on it. Also nothing with too strong of flavours

Fajitas

My family loves fajitas....they are quick to make and you can add spices or not.

Fun and fast

I always make sure to have the following in my pantry & fridge - taco shells, tortillas, pillsbury croissants. All are easy to make, stuff with your favorite ingredients.

Meatloaf is a good one, and it is great for hiding food in. I puree things like spinach, cauliflower, sweet potatoes and mix it in. Noone has any idea :)

Banana sandwich

Slice up a banana, butter bread, lay banana slices all over bottom piece of bread. Put top piece of bread on. Enjoy :)

*Some bananas are extra long and you'll be able to make a couple sandwiches or one very tall sandwich*

:)

Build your own burritos/tacos with a selection of ingredients that way picky eaters have a choice! Hamburgers are great for this too.
