CONTACTING STAFF FROM CHICK ADVISOR FOR CONCERNS

I was wondering if any fellow chicks have recently tried contacting staff to address concerns they may be experiencing.

If so, how long (days) did it take to receive a reply?

I sent an email one week ago, and I have yet to receive a response. In addition, I sent another email on Friday of last week and still nothing. I am trying to be patient, however I think I should have gotten a response by now......

I never got replies from email. So I just Facebook them and they reply within a day or so. Try that option.

Im not too sure why I get responses faster from Facebook than emailing. Maybe it doesn't work?

How are you trying to reach us?

Hi Chicks! Would you be able to tell us what email address / link you're using trying to contact us? Aside from evenings, weekends, and holidays, we're very diligent when it comes to responding to your inquiries!

Problems with Tasks

I'm having an issue where my Instagram tasks are not registering as being done on my profile. Who is best to contact regarding this? I dont want to be penalized for not completing required tasks when I have! My last 2 Instagram posts did not show up as done after following the link and completing the posts. Thanks!!!!

Don't worry - this is a known issue due to the recent changes Instagram has made to its privacy settings. As long as you're using the program hashtag we're still able to see it on the backend so don't worry - you're still getting credit for it!

Same problem!

Im having the same issue, my package didnt come in on time so i hit the button that I hadn’t received it as it mentioned it can mess up your review. They emailed me saying if you haven’t received it by March 3 let us know. So March 3 comes around, still no package so I emailed them back. So I finally received my Vichy package 4 days ago and it said I have to review by March 10 but no one has even yet answered my email from March 3, super frustrating! And mine is also not working for Instagram posts glad to know it isnt just mine.

Very sorry if your email was missed. We have been trying to respond to each and every email and somehow do not seem to have a record of your missed email. We are checking our helpdesk software to see if possibly some emails were incorrectly blocked. This has been an extremely busy program period for us and for our shipper so there were a few members who experienced some minor shipping delays. We understand that these delays are now clearing up and we hope everyone will receive the packages they are expecting in the next few days!
