Do any of you make any dishes that are made in other countries? I ask this because I've been doing this lately since I've collected so many on the internet. It's surprising how many different varieties and tastes there are out there and I'm enjoying the experimenting as is the family.

greek

My best friend was from greece and spending time with her family is probably the rason i love authentic greek food so much hehe.. I also found the most sites do not offer traditional recipes but if you look at actual sites from the country of choice the recipes are so much better. Some ingredents can be hard to come by but others not so hard.. Just click the translate page option :-)

Love experimenting with new recipes!

Current faves are French, Caribbean and Greek. Williams and Sonoma has a fabulous South American cookbook that I love using!!!

Yup

I'm of Finnish descent, and my Mummu (grandmother) still makes a few traditional favourites for the holidays. And you can't beat her Pulla (braided coffee bread) and her pannukakku (oven pancake)
