I joined Boxing today and did my first Hour and a half of but kicking workout.
Just so you know i'm 47.

Ive tried boxing before and loved it! I tend to walk and swim more now but i miss the adrenaline fix. Keep it up.

I just went rock climbing the other day, and that was most definitely a harder workout.

I admire people who can go boxing, you're doing a great job. I can hardly make myself going to a gym, lol. I saved this la fitness customer service number but I never used it, I am just too lazy.

I've been doing fitness and Pilates for a long time

Hi, girls. I've been doing fitness and Pilates for a long time, but for some reason, I don't see good results in losing weight. My boyfriend advises me to take supplements to lose weight faster, what do you think? Can it help me convert fat into muscle mass faster?

Fitness / Excercise

It's currently high summer in UK and I'm taking advantage of the lighter nights to go walking/hiking after dinner, I usually do around 4-5k. I also swim 40 lengths 3 times a week, the most I ever swam was 50! The summer is ample opportunity to get into your fitness routine, I am enjoying my 'workouts.'
