I'm so beyond frustrated as I'm usually pretty patient.
This is the first time I placed an order with Suzy online as they were having such a good sale and some of their items are cute.
Then I placed a few more orders (stupid me, should have waited to see how it went with the first order) I didn't want to miss the sale as it only went on for 2 days.
Anyways, I placed the orders about a week ago and it's still in the processing que. Their processing time is 2-3 business days. If they ship out tomorrow I will still have to wait 7-10 days for shippping! Argggggg! Then I got an email today that they re-funded one of the items. No explanation as to why? Just they refunded the item. I assumed it's out of stock. (which that never happened to me either)
I'm frustrated because they left my order until today and sent me a refund for one of the item. So I assumed it's getting processed today and ready to ship out. Nope, I waited until the end of the day and it still says processing. Not shipped out, "processing"
Then I sent them an email pretty much letting them know how frustrating this is and if my order is forgotten. After typing all that out, (on their online form) I got an error message saying messaged can not be sent? I was forced to just messaged them on Facebook as I have no other choice. I'm just beyond frustrated at this point.
I've ordered from many many other retailers online (a bit addicted to online shopping) never ever have this problem! Never ever had a hard time contacting customer service either!
Sorry, I think I need to vent. Any of you ladies experience this with this store? Is it even legit? I thought I could trust it as I always see their stores at the mall. To be honest, this is slower than the overseas stores. Overseas stores just takes long during the shipping process but they process right away or the next day.
