Has any of you ladies ordered from Suzy Shier online?

I'm so beyond frustrated as I'm usually pretty patient. 

This is the first time I placed an order with Suzy online as they were having such a good sale and some of their items are cute. 

Then I placed a few more orders (stupid me, should have waited to see how it went with the first order) I didn't want to miss the sale as it only went on for 2 days.

Anyways, I placed the orders about a week ago and it's still in the processing que. Their processing time is 2-3 business days. If they ship out tomorrow I will still have to wait 7-10 days for shippping! Argggggg!  Then I got an email today that they re-funded one of the items. No explanation as to why? Just they refunded the item. I assumed it's out of stock. (which that never happened to me either) 

I'm frustrated because they left my order until today and sent me a refund for one of the item. So I assumed it's getting processed today and ready to ship out. Nope, I waited until the end of the day and it still says processing. Not shipped out, "processing"

Then I sent them an email pretty much letting them know how frustrating this is and if my order is forgotten. After typing all that out, (on their online form) I got an error message saying messaged can not be sent? I was forced to just messaged them on Facebook as I have no other choice. I'm just beyond frustrated at this point. 

I've ordered from many many other retailers online (a bit addicted to online shopping) never ever have this problem! Never ever had a hard time contacting customer service either!

Sorry, I think I need to vent. Any of you ladies experience this with this store? Is it even legit? I thought I could trust it as I always see their stores at the mall. To be honest, this is slower than the overseas stores. Overseas stores just takes long during the shipping process but they process right away or the next day.

Hey, I have been ordering from Suzy shier for years and I have only noticed this recently. The past couple of orders I have placed I never even received a "shipped confirmation email" but yet they showed up in my mailbox.

I also hate it when I place an order and I'm refunded for items usually due to them being out of stock but I haven't had this happen with them yet, just other stores. I have 2 orders currently that I placed a couple of days ago and I just expect to see them in my mailbox at some point, which is never much longer than a week.

I have never ordered from Suzy sheer but I have ordered from urban planet, recieved my package within a few days but not everything that I ordered was in the pack. I went on their website to see what was going on with those items to see processing. Nothing came it took 3 months to receive my money back for those items.

This is probably the worst I've ever experienced from online shopping.

They replied with, we are sorry this is happening to you. Yes, our we do process orders withing 2-3 days but unfortunately due to high volume your order has not been processed yet?? It will be processed within 24-48 hours.

They finally shipped it today and I have to log into my account to find out! I never received an email.

I've ordered online a ton of times, never had this kind of customer service. It's terrible! How is it my fault they have high volume? If the company is advertising that they process an order withing 2-3 business days but yet takes over 10 business to ship it out, shouldn't they offer maybe a discount code for next time or free shipping the next time around? I'm not one to expect free stuff, but when it comes to bad service like your customer don't matter, it really gets on my nerves as NO other company has ever did this. They always offer something because it is their fault! Just like if a pizza takes a long time, it's usually free! I"m not expecting free, but at least a 10% percent discount or something. It's seriously false advertisement on their end and they probably did indeed forgot about about my not 1 but 3 orders!

I would have totally understood as well if they are experiencing high volume to at lease send out and email notifying me that! No email no nothing. Even after I complain about my orders are taking way too long in the processing que... they still "did NOT" send me and email when they shipped out the order.

It's seriously really turning me off from online shopping. Maybe this happened to stop me from shopping too much. LOL

With all that negativeness, there ARE tons of great companies whom treat their customers a million times better. :)

I completely agree that they should have offered you some sort of discount for a future purchase. I have been ordering from them for years and for some reason recently their service is not as it used to be.

I love their clothes and have bought from them online lots of time without any issues. I think an email or explanation is definitely due when orders are delayed or items refunded. I had emails from other places when they were experiencing high volume, so at least I knew what was going on. Sorry you had this experience, usually they are really good.
