Meditation

even when it harder you gotta meditate, my dear. It helps with your brain function, it an aid to mental health. Start with 3 or 5 minutes sitting comfortably and listening to youtube or white noise. Your mind will wander but take it back to think about nothing. You'll thank me later.

When I had a busy home and job, I simply could not and did not want to work. Clutter eats up time and therefore money. Think for yourself how much time you spend on work in search of the desired file or document, and this is only part of the unproductive time. I learned a lot from the article https://www.homoq.com/mess-ruins-our-lives/. According to the National Association of Professional Organizers (National Occupational Health and Safety Organizers Association), it takes a long time to find the file or document you want. People collectively spend 9 million hours a day on such unproductive processes.

I often have stress because I have hard work and the team is not friendly. At first I didn't know what to do but on Canadian pharmacy I read that you have to deal with it. I started exercising regularly, eating healthy food, drinking sedatives, spending time with friends after work and it really helped. I realized that I can't change them and that's why I decided to change myself and it's so cool!

How to deal with stress?

Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. As per Canada Drugs website, avoid taking any pills or drugs to overcome stress as it can cause severe side effects.
