I'll Hire You

Sick of being approached by panhandlers wanting money. able bodied young men that refuse to work and make it their employment or job to beg. My friend offered a guy a good job right away and he said he had to go to the doctor's. Right.....More like No, I'm lazy and prefer to live off the public from handouts, and go home and wait for my welfare that your taxes pay for.Sorry girls, some may be offended, but this is a forum for opinions. No disrespect intended but it's what I see all the time literally.

Sometimes it is a case of laziness and that is inexcusable. But, there are not many jobs to be had in this economy in some fields and some cities.

there are more and more pan handlers out there ... so sad to me as i see them everywhere..so many have mental issues and not given proper care... others do not want the responsibility of bills and morgages or rent.. and others actually work but cant make ends meet in the big city ... some work full time and only make enough to pay the rent and bills with nothing left over for food. my kids and i go out often with toiletries and warm boots and cloths .. some times we give only candy bars and gum ... but everyone is always so thank full.they cry they hug us they ntell us their story... we are all human beings with feelings and hope and pride... remember NEVER LOOK DOWN ON SOMEONE UNLESS YOU ARE HELPING THEM UP.... or NEVER PASS THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP SOMEONE THEY COULD BE YOUR ANGEL!!!!. just my thoughts fellow chicks

I'll Hire You!

Never give a "Hand Out" give a "Hand Up" Offer them a meal instead of just giving out cash this way you know where your cash went! You never really know what the situation is unless you actually talk to the person, don't judge we're all just ordinary people.

What a nice thing to do. I love the saying 'You have two hands at the end of each arm, one to help yourself and one to help others'. Glad you are including your children in this, it will teach them a powerful lesson.

It is true that so many beggars have mental health issues that may not be immediately apparent to us, from the outside. And it's so sad that most will not receive the help they need, nor do they know where to ask for it.

And many others simply can't make ends meet. There's always another side to each story and sometimes it's not what we think.
