I had posted in the forum a while back that I couldn't get through the P&G website no matter how many times I tried to login or use different email addresses.

I eventually got a response from P&G and followed the tips below that they wrote to me. I can finally login and was able to order their free sample pack and access their coupons again! If you've been having the same issues, try the following tips:

• Make sure all pop-up blockers are disabled.
• You must be using one of the following internet browsers: IE versions 6.x and above, or Firefox versions 1.x and above.
• Please enter your email address and password exactly as you did previously as they are case sensitive.
• If you've requested a password and haven't received it, check your spam folder to see if the password was sent there.

If these tips don't help resolve the issue you’re experiencing, please write back and provide the following so we can better research your question:

• website address you’re trying to access
• email address you’re using to sign in
• text of any error messages you’re receiving
• your complete name and mailing address

I had previously been using Internet Explorer, but now I downloaded Firefox and was able to access the website through their browser. I hope this helps you out!

They don't seem to monitor their FB page very well...I've seen other people post about having the same issue as me, with no replies

I regularly get 4 identical copies of whatever promotions they email out. The option on the page bottom is to opt out (completely) which I don't want to do. Responding to the email hasn't helped. I've messaged them through the P&G Everyday page but no response. Oh well - just keep deleting those emails...

Love the programs coupons and freebies - but a pain to deal with them lol!

Hi jcb75! Which browser are you using to access their website? Have you tried downloading the ones they mentioned to use? If so, I would contact them and let them know you're still having issues logging in. I contacted them directly through their email and they answered back the next day. Other social media attempts didn't get a response in the past, so email may be the way to go. Good luck!

Hi Guppy! That's strange that they would send out multiple copies of their email. It might have happened if you tried to register multiple times on their website. I agree, they do need to improve their ease of use.

It is strange because if you try to register with the same email it would give you a 'you are already subscribed. Do you need password reset' kind of message. Don't know why they have a glitch but its a pain.

Thanks for the tips PrettyRainbow. I have tried both Firefox and Chrome with no luck. I've tried to click "Contact Us" to email them, but can't seem to find a viable email address. I'll look again when I get home from work.

consumercare.im@pg.com is the email address they used to contact me back. You can try writing them through this address and see if you get an answer.
