Is this

That cooking contest show where the winner's get to have they're recipes made into PC products to sell in their store's? If it is I wanted to watch it but I can't find it, what station is it on. I've seen some of the winning recipes in the Super Store flyer's. If its another show then I'm not sure I watch cooking shows as I channel surf.

Yum!

I've never seen the show- actually until this moment I was not aware it was a show but I have seen the products in Loblaws and I had heard of the competition.

I will definitely try and catch it now that I know what it's all about- I am excited to try some of these recipes too!

Yes that is the show

@Takoda-That is the show it is on the food network on Wednesdays at 9 PST and I notice it repeats a few times through the week.

@Alexjc-I've been seeing the products in no frills(which is loblaws)the show is on Wednesdays and by the weekend they have the winning products on the shelf's.When they have picked all the winners the public will get to pick there favorites for the grand prize..The show is very interesting they choose 3 people each week in different food categories(example:This week the theme was frozen desserts) then the three have to mass produce there product and are narrowed down to two. Then they have to promote there products on the street and a winner is chosen and there product goes onto grocery shelf's.

I was able to see the show last night, but I think it was a rerun. I really liked it, I think its great that they're giving everyday people a chance to have they're recipe's made into a store product. You don't see that happening everyday. I'm going to have to give some of them a try they all sound very good so far.

Glad you seen it

I went this evening to get that frozen dessert and they didnt have it!It sounded so unique and I love to try new things. The judges raved it was super luxurious and creamy and not to sweet. It was infused with rose water and spices and pistachios on top. They have already done desserts, appys, savory pies, and frozen desserts(I know I'm missing a few more)so now I think it will start to be entrees and meals. It will be interesting to see what stays on the shelves at pc and becomes popular.Check out the packaging on these products if in a superstore, loblaws,no frills etc and Weston chain....there cute packing they have Caricatures pictures on the packaging of the winners its cute makes the packs stand out.Glad you seen it Takoda its on every Wednesday and repeats quite often.I would have also tried out for this in Vancouver if I was still there.

I've seen them in the Super Store add. I think the way the packaged them
is so cute. I know why I kept missing the show now. I was watching
Survivor Wed. nights, its on just before it and my husband watches
something else when it done. I'll have to move into another room this
week and check it out again. I think the dessert your talking about is
the same show I saw the other night. I remember one of the contestant
had something to do with hockey. Any how I try and watch this week while
my old man is still out of town. Its the only time I get to hug the
TV.LOL
