I've gotten back into training! This means I am also suffering. I will be chronicling my experiences with Trainer George on the blog, but he's also agreed to share some free tips with you guys!

That is so interesting. I've never been a big drinker of sports drinks since water is my go-to. Thanks for the tips, George!

I love sports drinks and have to really force myself to drink water. I found that it was hard to quit cold turkey so I'd keep watering down my sports drinks more and more until it was mostly water, barely any sports drink, and then I was just drinking water and didn't crave sports drinks anymore. Maybe that will help?
