I love Aperol Spritz

I love Aperol Spritz. Aperol has become world-famous thanks to the Aperol Spritz cocktail. Aperol in its pure form has hardly been consumed for almost 100 years. Aperol Spritz is considered a "native" of Italy, although Austria disputes the right to call it it's own. Aperol Spritz is a favorite among the cocktails of the summer season. It is hard to find an establishment in European resorts where it is not served. But I recommend you not get carried away with alcohol at parties. Bar culture is ecstasy, but everything should be in moderation. But in case any of you are worried about abusing alcohol, contact online alcohol support groups.

Sparkling Wines

I like a few bestselling and popular wines and something with a little sparkle. Cava and Prosecco I would say are favourites.

Alcoholic drink

I like a lot of alcoholic drinks and used to drink them almost every day. Then I decided to lose some extra weight and found this article https://betterme.world/articles/can-you-drink-alcohol-on-the-16-8-diet/ about drinking on diet and stopped it for a while. Now I can see awesome results of IF.
