Does anyone else here have keratosis pilaris (aka chicken skin or little red bumbs on the back of your arms). I've had it for as long as I can remember and it was actually misdiagnosed as eczema when I was younger. Anyways, I've tried all sorts of things from special lotions to exfoliating to coconut oil but nothing seems to help other than a tan. Has anyone had any luck with reducing the appearance of it?

Try reducing your intake of gluten. It can cause the KP to become more prominent.
Moisturizers with lactic acid and/or urea work wonders. Lac-Hydrin, Am-Lactin and Eucerin are the best known brands for this. You can purchase Lac-Hydrin here: https://well.ca/products/lac-hydrin-12_22893.html or ask your dermatologist for it.
Greek yogourt can essentially help in the same way since it also contains lactic acid. Just apply it as a mask to the affected areas and leave it on for a few minutes. Then rinse off and moisturize as usual.
