Are you active?


I retired at the end of May last year and am finally starting to feel better about myself. I go to an aquabics class 3 times a week at the pool. It’s a nice group of people most friendly. When the weather is better I will start walking.

For sure!!!

I am so lucky I have trail behind my backyard!!!!! I go for walk everyday for about 30 minutes!!!!! It gets me relaxed with the fresh air!!!!!!

Not really

I try to exercise my large dog every day but other than that I'm really not that active in general. I feel as though this pandemic definitely didnt help with that, and I've noticed i get much more out of breath faster than I used to. I really think I should start exercising.

Activity Levels

We’re currently on Lockdown 3.0 in UK and I must admit I have had days spent on the couch struggling to fire up some motivation but when the weather is decent here, which is not so often at the moment I will go on a walk for exercise around my local area. Walking is said to be the best and most simplest form of staying active and I can easily walk 8-10k when I do go out.

I have been walking almost every day now unless it’s too cold I will use my gazelle and exercise bike and do a half hour workout. It feels better walking outside but at least I’m active

I try to be. I enjoy Yoga, weight training, and just going for walks. I'd like to be able to go to a gym, but we're still in lockdown here, so that's not happening.

I Iike to walk as much as possible. Got kettlebell and started doing exercises with It and yesterday I done my first proper run in years . It was just under 7km but honestly I'm so unfit compared to before I gave birth 4 and a half years ago . There was a lot of breaks in between but I'm proud of myself I started exercising and I'm going to stick to it .I do want to lose 2 stones and to feel a lot more comfortable and confident with my body.

I am on the treadmill 3x/week for 40 minutes. I usually end up doing 2.5 miles in that time frame. I have been doing this for about 10 years now and even though I hate it, I do it for me.

Excersise from home

I have been trying. To Exersice from home and go on walk around the area at least once a week Tovar’s get fresh air also have a routine I try to do every 2 days
