Hey, just wondering if anyone here has tried a barre class before? I'm looking to give one a try this week, and was wondering if anybody had some first-hand experience on what to expect.
(My background -- I figure skate (1x a week), and weight train (3x a week). Currently looking for something that would compliment both of those, ie - increased flexibility. I've been in contact with the studio that is offering the class, but I guess I was looking more for personal antidotes. Thanks!)
