There is a lot to be said about the way food benefits your body. People have definitely done their research. I don't know too much about Okra but wouldn't be surprised.

Mucilage of okra was used to increase blood volume. The preparation

the preparation of this remedy, you must cut the ends and the bottom of
two gombos that you took previously taken care to wash well.
Once the first step is completed, put them in a glass of clean water. Preferably mineral water. Gombos should remain in this container until the next day.

Consume okra water

Finally remove the two gombos from the container and drink the water. As a result, your evil will disappear and you will no longer feel compelled to use your injections. Experience
has shown that a patient's blood glucose level has dropped from 300 to
150. Like to say, okra water plays the role of insulin.

As a diabetic...

Fiber is what controls your sugars. Okra is good, as all vegetables, but fiber is a diabetics best friend.

I read that in Turkey roasted okra seeds have been used as a traditional diabetes medicine for generations. I personally haven't tried it. I've recently started taking rybelsus for my t2d. This medication promotes increased insulin production from the pancreas, reduces the amount of sugar released from the liver, and slows the release of food from the stomach after a meal. But thanks for sharing your experience and recipe! I'll talk to my doctor about okra and maybe will give it a try.
