Do you have insomnia?


How often? How do you deal with it?

Not often but sometimes I experience trouble sleeping. If it happens I usually use CBD oil, it always helps. Have you already heard about its benefits? I found it very helpful not only for insomnia but also for depression.

I go through phases where I can sleep no problems and get adequate rest, but then I have times where I run off of like 3 hours of sleep and I'm so tired because I couldn't sleep for whatever reason. I've found that smoking some pot before bed helps a lot with that.
