Do you take Vitamins?


Do any of you chicks take daily vitamins? I do but I hear so many bad things about vitamins these days.

I have been taking a type of vitamin B, Orti B by Genestra. It's more concentrated and works better for my deficiency. I hear that a lot of vitamins these days are mostly fillers, so I have no idea what's good and what's not

Tous les jours, je prend de la vitamine C, de la D Calcium et des Oméga 3. Cela fonctionne très bien pour moi. Je suis en santé sans médicaments prescrits à prendre, sans cholestérol ni problème de pression.

In the past I've taken loads of individual minerals and vitamins ... calcium, turmeric, B12, D3, C etc. and I've never noticed an improvement in health.
This past summer I started taking Nu-life's The Ultimate One for Active Women and my hair is growing like crazy and my skin is glowing!!

I know a lot of people think multivitamins are a cash grab, but I'd rather pay money to see results.
