Favorite Ways to Sweat?


I’m a big fan of getting sweaty at least 4 times a week! I’m curious how people like to move their bodies? I love biking, dancing and HIIT workouts!

I enjoy yoga, walking, bouldering (can't do that right now because the gym is closed..) occasionally I do some HIIT. Biking is good too, but I gave my bike up when we moved to our current city.

I also love HIIT! I find it the most effective way to get my heart rate up and break a sweat :)

before quarantine hit i had a goodlife membership, i'm a fan of their les mills classes. my favourite are body step (step aerobics) and body combat (boxing/martial arts inspired)
