Anyone feeling a little depressed today? I hope not. If so, call a friend, go for a walk, pet your dog,watch a movie, buy a treat for yourself, soak in a tub, listen to music,dance,try a new hairdo,try some different makeup or fragrance. Lastly, find something to laugh and/or smile about.Smiling is addictive for yourself and all of those around you.People love to be around others that are happy and approachable and the additional company you may encounter will pick up your spirits also.Tell yourself you will be happy, chances are you will.

Depression can rarely be fixed by positive thinking and treatment can be long and stressful, I'm happy to help anyone on the road to health as the daily struggle can make you feel like you're not doing 'enough'. Your illness does not define you. I am a beautiful, happy, positive soul and yesterday I was able to smile genuinely for the first time in over six months.
Please get help for yourself. I promise there are people who love you and will stick by you even during the hard times. <3

Anyone I know suffering from depression I try and check in with them once a day. Just to make sure they are okay and for them to know I care:)
