Anyone feeling extra tired today because we lost an hour of sleep? Do you get affected when we change clocks?

It takes me a good week to get used to it.

It's an adjustment. I didn't change any clocks so forgot till I was up for awhile.

I'm exhausted, the time change on top of getting up every 5 minutes to pee (pregnant problems) and my 2 year old having a bad sleep = exhausted mommy

It takes me about a week to get used to it, as well. (But it's never a problem when we fall BACK, lol!). I do find that taking B-complex vitamins helps my energy levels, so I try to REMEMBER to take them after the time change. :)

Yes! It affects me anyways but it didn't help that baby woke up earlier than normal... making it even EARLIER considering the time change!!

I'm coming up on nap number two and it's only 4:30!!! I am so exhausted even though I've been preparing for this time change for the past few weeks :( I think it's just because it's Sunday and I'm lazy :P

I'm just so happy to see more sun (I'm an evening worker) that I don't notice it...except the day has gone by quicker.
