If you want to give any left overs one or two more meals / days, buy some hardy plastic containers like Tupperware and make use of your freezer space. This can safely be done with a few things but obviously not eggs, fish, raw meat, etc. Make sure it's thoroughly cooked and re-heated before it's finished off. Salads, fruit and veg spoil the quickest I find and have to be eaten on the day they're bought.

Hello, there was the same problem, and I started looking for a solution on the Internet, I think that the article https://beyondtheembrace.com/best-vacuum-sealers-for-food/ that I read on the site will be useful to you. There I read about the best vacuum sealers that keep food fresh for a long time, I think you should visit the site and read this article to solve your problem.

Well, firstly, limit what you are buying.
Planning your meals around what you already have and using up foods is a great idea.
Eat leftovers, whether for lunch or a quick dinner on a busy night.
Store properly, using containers (Tupperware- I sell, so I am biased), and wrap and also freeze food if you have made a large quantity for future easy meals

Don't buy/cook so much and use rules for storing food

Good day. I think all is quite simple. Don't buy/cook so much and use rules for storing food. Use a standard-sized container and line it with a zip-loc or produce bag. For example you can fill it with whatever food, freeze it, and then stack the frozen blocks of food in their plastic bags. Talking about bakery, I usually order it every several days from our local European bakery to have always fresh bread!

freeze the food

Si tienes alimentos que se echan a perder rápidamente puedes comprar las bolsas que están selladas al vacío y luego congelar los alimentos para que puedan durar más de 1 semana.
