How effective is Pilates ?


Hey so my boyfriend told me that Pilates will give you a nice body so I started to do them yesterday. It is a little difficult but I didn't think it was that great of a work out. I looked up a fat burning Pilates video on YouTube and did it for 35 minutes . Do you think if I did Pilates every day after like 2 months you'd see a difference ? Or should I be doing Pilates and some other types of working out ? Is Pilates not enough?

Pilates alone is not enough. Mix it with cardio!

I've been following the videos on YouTube and this one that I've been doing is called the fat burning Pilates . You do it for 35 minutes and you do cardio in it, it's a mash up basically. 30 seconds of pilates and then a 30 seconds of cardio so on for the whole 35 mins. So if I keep doing that it should be enough working out? I want a beach body lol

i started a few months ago. Once a week in class. I don't mind it. But you have to mix it with cardio.
I find it hard. Just due to body pain and breathing problems.
