Alright, for my own sake after converting to a high-protein breakfast and lunch and lighter dinner, now on to exercise.. how often do you exercise, and what do you do? This isn't meant to intimidate me or anyone else - I just honestly have no idea what a reasonable amount is.

I try at least 3 to 4 times a week. I walk my dog everyday.

I exercise five times a week. I practice yoga and Pilates almost everyday. I helps me relax

I joined a gym last month, and am for shooting for an hour 3x a week. I walk there from work which cuts down on my time on the treadmill.

I go to the gym at least 3 times a week (it's hard to go more because I have 2 jobs and still want time to myself haha). I mostly use the bike or elliptical!

It looks like 3 - 5 times a week is the most common so far! That's amazing. And it really helps me, because I can easily feel defeated when it comes to exercise in an all-or-nothing kind of way. Lots of cardio, also. Good to know!

I find once you find the type of exercise that relaxes you, decreases stress or that you enjoy it will just become a life style for you. I enjoy walking I try to walk or jog 10km a day for at least an hour along with light weights or yoga occasionally and that is what works for me. But everyone is different :)

I go to bootcamp at least 3x a week, last week was 5days. I love that "high" after exercising. :)

Still loving hearing about all your workout routines! I find that its a time issue, rather than if it will relax me. My favorite thing to do is run, but overall, that takes up about an hour to two hours (change, run, shower, rejoin society in outfit and washed hair) and so I get quite dejected when I can only fit one or two in per week.

I love working out, if I don't workout then I feel so tired and I have lack of energy but after working out I feel pumped up! I love that feeling of sore muscles after a good workout, that means it's working ;)
I like to do Pop Sugar workouts, you can find them on YouTube. They are a lot of fun and challenging. I also like Pilates and Zumba is a lot of fun too!
Oh and I try to workout 4-5 times each week!
