How to get rid of your depression?


What can I do to help myself when I’m depressed?

Establish a routine that works for you, this may take a while..
Get adequate nutrition, physical activity (I know this one might be hard to do right now..) and rest..
Get outside..
Talk to someone whether it be a friend, family or professional..
Get counseling/therapy..
You may also need to have a chat with your doctor, if you have one, about getting on antidepressants if it persists or worsens...

I know a lot of these are hard to do right now.

Just try to distract yourself a little, find a new hobby or something like that. You need to get more positive emotions so it's a good idea to do more of what you like. Also, make sure you don't have a vitamin deficiency, it may cause depression as well. Except for vitamins, use CBD oil, it will help to get rid of depression, anxiety and panic attacks.

Most people experience ups and downs in their life and can feel and may feel unhappy, stressed, depressed, or a loser at such moments. But this is a normal part of all people's lives. If the negative emotions and feelings don`t fade, it means that you need to make some changes in your life. I found a way out of this state through sports and meditation. I also started taking medication (I don`t remember the name but you can found them on health store) which helps fight anxiety, depression, stress, etc. If sports, hobbies, meditation or yoga, for example, do not help you, then I advise you to take medication
