I need help with breakfast suggestions

I'm currently trying to be more healthy I'm a very big creature of habit so it is a slow painful process haha. Breakfast seems to be the hardest I want something filling quick. My go-to has been a Tim Horton's wrap for the longest time.

If I can make them without a ton of effort.

I have to agree, breakfast is so tough. I always just eat toast, but am looking for something simple fast and filling that might be a little healthier.

Overnight oats!

Overnight oats are something you can prep in the evening and just take out of the fridge and reheat in the morning. You can add things like peanut/almond butter, nuts, seeds and your favourite fruits on top to change things up.

Breakfast egg muffins are easy and delicious. You can make them in advance and freeze them and take them out when needed. You can add almost anything.

Breakfast egg muffins have been my savior!! Scramble some eggs and cream/milk/water (depending on your preference - I use heavy whipping cream because I'm following a Keto diet) in a bowl, get a muffin/cupcake tin...add your favourite veggies, cheese and cooked meats in the tin and pour the egg mixture on top. Bake @ 350 until cooked. They freeze beautifully for about 2 weeks, but I just keep mine in a Tupperware container in the fridge for a week, because I take 2 for work every day

Breakfast ideas

You can boil eggs ahead of time for the week or bake a batch of muffins to grab on the go. I usually make banana chocolate chip ones with overripe bananas.

Multi-Task Meals

Breakfast is the quickest. Just have to multi-task & cook on mass like a restaurant chef! Prepare b4 you go to the bathroom or the night b4. Use your Instapot, Slowcooker, Rice Cooker or the stove/oven to boil eggs, make oatmeal, muffins, croissants, sausages, quiche, etc Turn to low or medium. Perk your coffee or steep your tea. When you're done your shower & put on your clothes, your breakfast should be ready. Smoothies, Scrambled/Fried eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, & other quick cooking food can be done within 2min just before you eat or pack to go. Utilize all burners to speed things up.
