Hello everyone,
I need your help with some natural remedies, advice or anything that can HELP me with my insomnia, I'm going crazy, I can't take it anymore and I'm scared to get addicted to sleeping pills.

Insomnia sucks!

Melatonin is a great natural supplement that is safe to take. A nice glass of warm milk or almond milk also helps your brain create melatonin or you could try camomile tea. I like to also take a warm shower to help calm me down.
I hope you can find a solution to this nasty little problem. It's never fun to be laying there wide awake!

I hear you CaraGomez81 I have the worst time falling asleep. If I could just learn how to shut down all thoughts running through my head. I call it a successful sleep if I get 3-4 hours. Its not enough but better then zero hours. Best of luck

My doctor recommended Melatonin....just started 2 weeks ago...will see if works
I use natural oils from Saje....they have one for inducing sleep....helps me relax

I feel you as I also was scared to get addicted to sleeping pills when my doctor prescribed them. Also, I checked info about them on Canadian Pharmacy Online (I always use this source to read descriptions of meds) and found out the side effects. Of course, I decided to look for alternative ways. I started doing yoga, changed my daily routine, also, I take a warm bath before going to bed and sleep with the open windows. It took more than two months to see the result, but it was worth it as I finally can sleep well, and don't need to take pills.
