I just started drinking sliced lemon in water. Not sure if this is what you mean, haven't noticed any weight loss yet but that's why I'm doing it, I need to lose a block of weight.

There's lemon , cayenne pepper and maple sugar or something like that. You only drink this and no food for 7 to 10 days apparently.

Listen, I respect people's life choices, but cleanses by drinking only liquid to lose weight are terrible for your health.
Just be aware before you decide. The best way to help your body is to forget about weight loss and embrace doing what you can for your health. Eat well and try and get regular exercise.
Of course, that might not lose you weight, but health wise it's the most important. Chasing the road of weight loss can be very bad for you and lead to problems down the line. Just something to be aware of.
If you're really determined to diet, I'd advise a plan like weightwatches which lets you eat real nutrious food, along with a plan of muscle toning exercise to tighten your body.

i can't live without eating. I just drink water with lemon plus regular meals . Exercise too

I would advise you to not do liquid diets. Sure, it might "help you lose weight" but it's most likely water weight and you will put the weight back on fast as soon as you start eating again.
I sometimes drink lemon water because I like the taste, and I know they have antioxidants and is suppose to cleanse your body (which is why you might have to make trips to bathroom more than usual) but I haven't really noticed anything with my weight. I need to eat better, and incorporate some exercise.
There are no shortcuts when it comes to losing weight, you probably hear that a lot but it is absolutely true.
Strive to live a healthy life style!! Eat nutritious food, omit the processed food, have some physical activity and do your best to not be so stressed and I am sure you will probably see some improvement.

I was just curious to see if anyone has done this before. I couldn't do it since I love food. I'm doing the old point system of Weight Watchers and lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks

I agree with the others who've posted that cleanses usually don't work and can actually be detrimental to the cause.
I do drink a glass of warm water with lemon to first thing in the morning though to help my pH balance (lemon water is alkalizing and most foods we eat are acidic which can cause problems).

I always have a jug of water in the fridge with slices of lemon in it. I don't use it for weight loss I just really like drinking water and like that little bit of lemon flavour, however it is supposed to be good to help you flush out impurities. Weight loss is not a quick fix it's a lifestyle change in both mental and physical! Be careful of gimmicks and fads that promise instant weight loss they are more harmful for your body!
