Lots of new Flirty Girl classes...

I was online looking at the schedule for Flirty Girl and there are a lot of new classes available now... Video Vixen, Vertical Ballet Bar, Hula-Hoop'la, G.I. Jane...etc. Has anyone tried any of these classes? Any feedback?

G.I. Jane

One of my favourites. You get an awesome full body workout through circuit training. It's not a very Flirty class, but it also is tons of fun.

The instructor, Karey is really really good too. Highly recommend it!

GI Jane

I've tried GI Jane...the last time I went, girls went to different work-out stations in pairs...one station could be boxing, another is squats, lunges, etc...

not in the budget right now...

...to be a full time member... I used to go once a week or so with a punch card but after surgery a couple months ago I was not able to go for awhile. I plan to start going back more frequently next week. How often do you go? What classes do you recommend?

I go at least 3 x a week ....I just tried Hottie Body Boxing w. Tara ...It really got me into a crazy sweat. Other great classes are Abs&Booty, and Polefit. Are you planning to take mostly fitness classes?

This place sounds soooo awesome!

Too bad I don't live near you guys! I wonder if there is any such facility near me. If you think about it, ask the instructors or managers or whomever if there are any CA locations ... specifically SF Bay area!

Right now there are only two locations...one in Toronto and one in Chicago...they do sell their DVDs now so you can learn at home. I have not seen the DVDs myself yet so I don't know what they are like. They have demos of them on their website though! http://boutique.flirtygirlfitness.com/
