If you don't have a vitamin deficiency, there is no need to take vitamins at all. In order to figure out which vitamins you need to take, it's better to consult your GP. Personally, I take vitamin B12, vitamin D3 (10,000IU), vitamin C, zinc, omega 3 every day. By the way, all the vitamins and medicines I buy at Canadian Pharmacy, highly recommend this pharmacy.

I only take magnesium and a vitamin B complex. I feel a lot better when I take them.
