I take my vitamins and minerals every single day

I Eat a fruit and veggie smoothie with a scoop of greens every single day.

Before I got sick I worked out every single day for an hour.

I also like too soak in a tub with epson salts, clay and baking soda for detoxification of the body of heavy metals and pollutions once a week. In hot water for about 45 minutes....works great and I noticed a difference in my sleep and pain.

Every morning, I do oil pulling with coconut oil. You basically swish coconut oil around in your mouth for about 10 minutes then spit it out (in the garbage, not your sink otherwise it will harden inside your drain). It's supposed to remove toxins from your body, whiten and even re-mineralize your teeth.

Before I shower, I'll do dry brushing, which is a technique of brushing your skin to help drain your lymphatic system.

I add apple cider vinegar to my salads as well as my water. It helps curb my appetite and it has so many health benefits, I can't even keep count!

I also try to eat kefir on a daily basis. It has tons of probiotics and it helps calm the nervous system.

I take a multivitamin and omega 3 daily.

I also try to meditate and do yoga for both pain relief and relaxation. It really helps reduce anxiety levels.

I take my SISU EsterC w/ Calcium, Omega 3, Vitamin D 1000mg and put cinnamon in my coffee or tea. I dont' use sugar in my tea or coffee. Also, I eat 2-3 Brazil Nuts with my coffee or tea. They boost metabolic rate and work well on empty stomach, plus help reduce the empty stomach feeling when having coffee first thing in the morning.

I stretch for 10 minutes, then have a large glass of cold water. Daily I also take a walk after my stretch and water for 20 minutes.

Then shower time, and have 0% Plain Greek Yogurt and 2 pieces of fruit.

I play with my cat and work on whatever I am cross stitching at the moment.

Natural health daily

Every morning the first thing I do when I get out of bed is oil Pull. I put a small amount of coconut oil in my mouth and swish it/pull it through my teeth for about 20 minutes. I do it before drinking or eating anything as it is said to pull the toxins and bacteria out of your mouth that built up over night. I've been doing it for about two years now and definitely notice a difference in my teeth cleanliness, as well as me being overall healthier.

Currently I only take a prenatal vitamins and I dry brush regularly. I love dry brushing. It stimulates the lymphatic system, helps improve circulation and exfoliates your skin as well. I used to have achey legs and the bones in my hands used to hurt but since doing this I feel great. I find it extremely relaxing. My husband takes omegas to regulate blood sugars as he's diabetic and I'm thinking I will join him after pregnancy and I'm also thinking about biotin as well. I don't want to take any supplements while pregnant as most advise not to.

At the moment, prenatal vitamins, omega 3, and an iron supplement. For pregnancy, of course :D

Used to drink kombucha every day as well :) Helped regulate my body and surprisingly, I found it improved my menstrual cramps as well. Have only stopped drinking it now due to my pregnancy.

I drink Kombucha pretty regularly. I do yoga and pilates and use mindfulness meditation to fall asleep.

Probably, natural health is what you received at birth and you try to maintain it without the intervention of doctors. I try to support my body with various CBD supplements, such as CBD powder, which I buy from the store at the following link. It seems to me that CBD supplements are really a good option if you want to take care of your health and not think about any side effects.
