Too much Chocolate.


Is there any one out there like me that loves Chocolate?Almost every night I have to have a chocolate Bar.This is turning into a terrible habit and my belly is telling me so.I must have gained 10 lbs this winter.I mostly done  nothing ,just house work.Can't wait for to have some nice warm weather, so I can get outside in my garden and work it off.Did anyone else feel like they gained weight this winter?I weigh about 120lbs but,if I put on two pounds, I can feel it.

Im not a sweets fanatic :) but I also felt some weight gain during those cold months - lots of fried foods. I did work out non stop but still.. Im happy that spring is finally here and that there will be more fresh veggies and berries available! Weight will go back to normal! I hope ;)

Chocolate lovers

I too, am a huge fan of chocolate!! I love milk, white and dark chocolate. I have to have it every day also or I feel terrible. Haha. I've put on weight also and didn't exercise, just house work all Winter long.I hope I can loose some of this weight this year. I definitely am not giving up my daily chocolate!1 Ginger.

I feel you! I love my sweets too, but I've learnt it's all about moderation. So I workout and eat healthy but I still like to treat myself by getting my favorite chocolate bar every once in awhile.

Winter is just a hard season over all, I barely workout in the winter because I get kind of depressed and I don't have as much energy, but now with this warmer weather I am feeling happy and more like myself. :)

I love chocolate

Winter is tough, I usually gain some weight cause who is going to notice? then spring hits and so does the reality that it has to come off, chocolate is a treat very few people can have it everyday. Good luck getting rid of it but we always seem to have so much more energy when it warms up so we always have hope.

Never too much chocolate

I am a chocolate LOVER! I say you can never have too much chocolate....just spread it out. Save your chocolate treat for the days of the week that start with the letter "S" I call this my sugar & salt days. Then you can indulge and not feel bad..... try it out.

in moderation

My bf is a choco-holic. I don't love it as much as he does but when it's in the house it's a nice treat. I usually buy in bulk once a year when I visit Germany - I bring home a TON of Milka chocolate bars and other chocolate sweets. I like to think that the bf will ration until I visit Germany again, but it's not too long before all the chocolate is gone :) I also try not to over-indulge on stuff like that any time of year, but I agree in the winter its a lot more difficult. I travel a lot more in the winter than I do in the summer and it's hard to always find a place to work out and eat healthy like I do at home. Spring is here - time to get outside and shed the pounds!

I eat sweets every night after dinner and don't find there is anything wrong with it as long as it's portioned (one chocolate bar versus three). I can understand you feeling like you want to cut out if you're putting on weight and uncomfortable. I'd say maybe have a chocolate bar every other day and try to find other things to eat on the in between days, such as fruit or small packs of cookies (like lunch snack portions).
