Weight loss idea's?


Does anyone know any pills or other ways to lose weight? I have been trying to loss 20lbs forever! And no matter what I do, I just can't lose it. I eat like your average person. I've tried exercise. But I just can't do any of them. Help!!!

Oh my gosh don't take pills unless they're vitamins!! Cut bad sugar, up your exercise, and make sure you're doing different types of exercise

Please, no pills!

Please don't ever use pills!! You'll only gain the weight back & probably more on top of the 20lbs. Try using the My Fitness Pal app on your phone or the website. Track your intake, I bet you'd be surprised where the hidden calories are. I lost 90lbs using that app & exercising regularly. It was enlightening to see how many calories were in things that I didn't realize were so bad for me.

Say no to pills.

I agree with hippiechicp on this one. Myfitnesspal is an awesome little app. Anything you can imagine for food is already inputted in the app. All you have to do is input whatever you ate for the day and it will calucalate the abount of calories. I'm not that great with reading lables on boxes, it's gibberish to me. Amazing little App.

weight loss ideas

Exercise everyday for about 30 minutes or more, don't take any weight loss pills , drink lots of water, start eating healthier food, avoid junk food or any food that consist of starch and wheat.

Eat right and exercise

They really are the only way to lose it and feel good.
Drink lots of water, avoid bread and do cardio for minimum 20 mins a day and it will go away. Don't give up, even when it goes or it won't stay gone.

Cutting glutten would help

Years ago it was almost impossible to eat glutten free products, so little store offered these kind of products, but now, most grocery store as a section for this. If youcut down glutten, without being hard with yourself, you will loose 10 pounds in a very short time, even without exercising, and then you have to do exercise and drink water as usual, if you want to keep loosing!!!

Gluten Free, Exercise and Eat Well

Hey! I've had troubles like you and found that when I cut out bad sugars, gluten and exercise as much as possible...I've been able to lose almost 20 pounds in two months and feel great! Try walking for 30 minutes then increase, then run, then bike, etc...alter, so it really doesn't feel like major exercise.

my fitness pal

I have signed up for my fitness pal like many of the great people above have recommended. Its amazing how many calories I eat per day without realizing.
