What are some fun activites you can suggest doing with a 21 month and 5 month old?
I don't want to spend much time indoors this summer so looking for great ideas that don't really cost anything to do??

Take them to a part and put them on a swing. there are baby swings and they will love it. Make a baby picnic lunch for them.I always did that and loved it so. Now I do it with my grandbaby that lives with me.They also like to see mommy dancing to music

If you look there are usually indoor playtime at the library or sometimes if there is a early years Center (I think that's what it's called) where I live they have a gym that is obviously more appealing to the 21 month old the gym is full of toddler preschool toys and mats I can't wait to bring my little guy. Anyway I would start at the local library see if there is like a mommy and me thing going on and ask the front desk be blunt with them they usually know where all the free fun things are going on

How about a little inflatable pool for the backyard, with help and supervision, of course. For your 21 month old, you can fill a large container with water and provide toys that will either sink or float. You can also create a little sandbox and hide toys inside for exploration. Catching bubbles is another great activity.
