I had to add a tiny bit of pablum to the bottle and stir it not shake it, if it was feeding time. other than that I would lay her across my knees on her stomach gently rocking her back and forth and lightly rub her back over her stomach area other than that nothing worked for me.

Football hold helped, bouncy seat helped a bit, gripe water helped my first, wearing baby helped the most. Other than that, patience. This too shall pass.

Oh those awful colic days that lasted 6 months with my oldest son who would sleep all day and awake all night with colic I would walk the floor with him rock in the rock`n chair the only thing that seemed to help a little bit I would rub his little belly one time I fell asleep sitting on the edge of the bed with him laying across my knees while I was rubbing his belly I had huge lacks of sleep

My daughter was very colicky when she was a baby. We tried EVERYTHING. When she was about 4 months old, a friend told us that another friend of hers that works at the hospital had told her that depending on the reason for the colic, if nothing else works, then it's probably a gas/digestion issue. She went on to recommend probiotic drops. The brand we bought was called Pro Gaia, and they were kept in the fridge behind the pharmacy. Just put a few drops in the bottle (or mouth, if exclusively breastfed). It took less than 48 hours for it to start working, and all of a sudden we had a happy baby! Miracle stuff. We still use it occasionally, when one of us has digestive issues. My daughter is going to be 3 in March and is incredible healthy and happy now :) Good luck with your little one!

Bouncing on a large exercise ball seems to do the trick for me. Bio Gaia probiotics was also great help. A bit expensive but works well.

I just saw a video of a Dr who could make any child stop crying just by the way you are holding them lay the baby on its tummy pick the baby up with his left arm folded to his chest bring the other arm up to fold over their chest and grab its bum with the other hand make sure you support the baby's neck and jiggle their bum. All of the babies he did it with stopped crying in under 30 seconds

For both of my daughters taking them for a car ride always helped. Once they feel asleep instead of risk waking them up I would place car seat and them strapped in..in the crib. They seem to have found a comfortable spot in the car seat and there was no risk of an accident. WORKED EVERYTIME

Gripe water, the good old fashion kind with the alcohol (seriously taste it, it's a minute amount you can't even detect and will not harm babies) saved my sanity on more then one occasion, this is the one we used most often: http://www1.shoppersdrugmart.ca/en/health-and-pharmacy/mother-child/baby-food-formula/details/057800059370.
The other awesome product we used it called Hylands Homeopathic Colic Tablets: http://www.hylands.com/products/hylands-baby-colic-tablets
Last but not least is time..only time really took care of our daughter colic. by the time she was 8 weeks old it was all behind us and boy were we relieved.

I always had a bottle of gripe water or gora and my hands were always ready for a back rub.Never had any colic problems though.
