Late period?!?!

Yesterday I was 3 days late on my period. I kept getting sharp cramping coming and going, and no period for 3 days. I took two pregnancy tests when I was one day late and then one when I was two days late and both negative. Last Night, I got the WORST cramps that felt like a regular menstraul period cramps, went to the gym and had a tiny bit of blood so I thought I got my period. I put in a tampon and then this morning took it out and there s absolutely no blood. am I pregnant? I m now 4 days late. My boyfriend and I don t use any protection and last month he did *** inside of me. But, I ve always been working out a lot more than usual and eating right. When I was on birth control not last month but the month before that, I then stopped last month so maybe it messed up my cycle?

Maybe you should make an appointment with your doctor just to be sure,he can send you for blood test, those boughten pregnancy tests are not always accurate ,I know a girl who was really into working out and running and it seems how messed up her cycle, stress can be bad too, good luck

It could be stress, your body getting used to having no birth control and trying to regulate itself now. I'd wait until it's a week late and check in with my doctor for a pee test. Good luck with everything!

I agree it could be stress but to be sure that you are not prego or have something wrong I would def go see your doctor.

Really hard to determine, could be lots of reasons; however it's just a few days. The doctor is the one to actually determine if it is in fact a pregnancy or something else. It is a little early to say

I would make an apt with the dr just to ease your mind.

Its still way to early to tell. Your cycle very well could be adjusting its self since your no longer introducing birth control hormones. Think back to your last period. You typically ovulate 12-14 days before your next expected period. You are fertiaI about 4-5 days before you ovulate and a day or so after. If you can remember when you had sex, maybe you can try to count back on the calender. I use an app to help me keep track. I dont want to scare you but your cramping and spotting could also be implantation. If you still have no sign of your period about 10 days late, you could probably take a test, might still be a little early though.
