Don't stress or think about it. When you try to hard it can evade you. When you don't try so hard is when it will happen.

Take folic acid daily. Don’t think that you’ll get pregnant straight away, some people take years to conceive. Don’t stress yourself out about it and don’t think about it too much. Be prepared to feel extremely exhausted and possibly unwell for the first trimester. Be prepared for your body to change .. a lot.

I downloaded apps to track my cycles and ovulation days. I took prenatal vitamins and 3 months later I conceived.

If you do track your cycles with an app, don't stop trying to conceive as soon as the app says your fertile window is over. I'm currently 7 months pregnant after my app told me there was a 1% chance of conceiving on the day that I did (it was telling me I was too late). Also hang in there because it will happen even if it takes time. Wishing you luck :)

Don’t try too hard

I once read that if you have sex too often then the sperm is not as strong as someone who has sex less regularly. Therefore if you track your cycle and have sex at the right time it increases your chance of conceiving.. this worked for me twice. I got pregnant third month with my first and first month with my second.
Good luck 😊

Have fun trying!

I agree with the 'try not to think about it' approach as for me, it was only when I'd given up and stopped trying, that I fell pregnant.
My main bit of advice would be to keep things fun in the bedroom. Trying for a baby can be emotionally draining, so the more fun and enjoyment in the making, the better - and it keeps your relationship healthy 😉

Relax, take prenatals, enjoy the preconception phase. Good luck!
