NETFLIX --or-- CRAVE?

Used to be with CRAVE... but found they had old, lame offerings.

NOW been with NETFLIX for 3 or 4 years, but finding they don't have a lot of NEWER movies or shows.
When I look for a movie or show, it's not on Netflix.

Q1.  Who has BOTH Netflix AND new Crave (2019) ?
Q2.  What are thoughts on which is better/worse and why?

We have Netflix and just canceled Crave. We subscribe to Crave once or twice a year for a month to get caught up on anything new they're offering. Lately we're watching more Amazon Prime video than Netflix. I don't like that Netflix is focusing so much on original programming now. I would cancel Netflix for a while but my kids watch it a lot.

My personal favorite is Hayu because I'm a reality TV junkie. Canada is supposed to be getting Hulu later this year so I'm excited to see what it's like.

We have Netflix and Amazon Prime....We rarely watch any of those. Never tried crave before so it be interesting too hear what others say about it. TV subscriptions seem so boring these days, nothing ever new.

Amazon Prime Video is included with an Amazon Prime subscription so for $7.99/month or $79/year you get Prime Shipping from amazon.ca and Prime Video. There is an app you can download to access it on your PC, tablet, phone, smart TV, Roku, Fire Stick, etc. You can get all the details on amazon.ca.

Netflix, but only because the crave app didn't work properly a lot of times, so we cancelled it. I do miss Letterkenny though lol it had a lot of great shows on it. We've been talking about getting it again though. We have Prime too, but I really only use that because it has American Gods, other than that it's kinda useless for me. I don't use Amazon to buy things because more often than not I can go to walmart or another store in town and buy things for the same price and I have a Walmart like right around the corner that I can walk to.

At the moment I have both.

It's hard to say which is better because they have massively different content, so I guess on that front it depends on what you watch. Netflix has a bit of a wider variety I feel.

In terms of ease of use Netflix wins. Netflix is also more user friendly. With Crave you have to remember what episode you're on of your show, and there is no 'continue watching' section or anything like that. You need to search for the show you want every time.

Crave not good for me

I tried both Netflix and crave and honestly I do not like crave. the movies and series that I found in Netflix are much better that what I fount in crave. I would like crave make a change to become in a really competition to Netflix = more options to viewers.
