paranoid after movies

After watching a horror movie, do you ever get paranoid? Driving at night alone, thinking someone or something is in the backseat or hearing cracks and creaks in the house, especially when your in bed.

That's why I don't really watch scary movies . It's mostly just the scary dreams afterwards though lol

OMG, my friends and I watched The Strangers one year for Halloween. It's based on a true story about this couple that was terrorized in their cabin in the woods all night by these masked people. Based on a true story, all that.

We watched it at my friend's house, and she lives in the middle of nowhere. When we were done watching it, we all sat in the kitchen with the windows open (they were smoking). We weren't saying much, but all of a sudden her dog started barking like crazy - he never barks!! Seriously the worst guard dog ever lol, so when he started barking we started freaking out. Then we heard someone walking by and they were whistling (similar to a scene in the movie) and we lost our sh-t!

Turns out it was a friendly neighbour, but even after that I couldn't sleep for weeks!

Horror movie.

The easiest paranoia I had after watching a horror movie was once I'm behind a wood truck on the highway. After watching Final Destination, I always get a little scared that the big bio wood will fall off the truck right into my windshield. I can't say that it's never gonna happened, but it never had so far XD.

Also, I'm a real scooby doo when it comes to horror movie. I can't watch ghost movies or zombies because I'm too easily scared and I fear that a ghost will showed up and it makes me scared.

On the other hand for ghost stuff, since my dad passed away 3 years ago, he always told me that if one day he die, he will come at night just to tickel my foot. I waited and waited after his death so I could feel that he is still with me somehow... and.. It never happened.

I guess that I don't fear ghost and spirit anymore ever since.

ALL THE FREAKING TIME. I have learned to stay away from horror movies, then I won't be thinking about these things. LoL I'm much happier with my comedies and action movies.

Love/Hate Relationship

I'm the worst, I love Horror, but sometimes I'm completely sketchy after.
I always have to watch to the end, because it makes me feel better and
I'm not left wondering what happened.
I check doors before bed, I jump into bed (in case something is under lol) I leave lights on! Such a mess, but I do it to myself.
Sometimes I have to put a comedy or even a cartoon on right after because that makes me feel better.
After I watched the Grudge I was in an elevator and couldn't stop thinking about the elevator scene and almost gave myself a panic attack, than I swore I could see the same dark mass in the corner of my dark bedroom and had to get up and go lay with my 2 year old to calm myself down.
Like I said, a complete mess - but I LOVE THEM!!
