Ms Nicholson, an 18-year-old was arrested for calling 911 because she says Facebook was not moving fast enough to remove a nude photo of her from the site.
Apparently, the women allowed a male-friend of hers to send a nude photo that she had taken of herself to his phone. However, the man's girlfriend found the photo and posted it on her own page.
Nicholson was so desperate to have the photo taken down she called police and even lied to them saying she was a minor. She was arrested for "false reporting".

I do not understand why people still send nude photos of themselves... they are bound to end up in the hands of someone who's going to publicize it somewhere! oh my..

You can only feel so bad for someone when this happens. Don't take nude pictures, don't send them to other people, and you won't have to worry about them going public.
The sad part is that now the story is national news so the embarassment is that much greater.

Um...WHY is she sending nude pics of herself to someone who isn't a) her partner and b) single! I'm sorry, but like you lot said, in this viral world nude-y pics are a strict no-no. Everything about this story screams, 'bad judgement!!'

This was inevitable. So pathetically avoidable! Actually, I think this is good for her. Some people have to learn the hard way and at least this is "only" a nude photo. Could have been worse, although I'm sure this young lady doesn't think so right now.
