Keep a pack of baby wipes in the fridge and if you get too hot, do a wipedown with one and your temp will drop and you'll feel refreshed after. You can also use a wet cloth or towel.

If you're by the computer all day, get a plug in USB mini-fan.

KNOW YOUR LIMITS. I'm not from Canada and I get heat sickness (stage before heat-stroke where you get sick and throw up, but can still come back from it more easily) every year.

I know that on a hot day, anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes in the heat can make me sick so I have to plan a lot for anywhere I'm going. It means I can't have any fun with friends, which is depressing, but you need to protect yourself. If you have wonderfully kind friends, they might even keep this in mind and plan outings to places with AC that aren't as hot.

If you don't have AC at home, go to a mall or public building, this heat can kill, so please take care of yourself, especially if you're a plus gal, an older lady, or a baby (I assume y'all are grown :P)

I grew up on a farm and we would often be working in the heat, so I've found one of the fastest ways to cool down is to run cold water over your wrists. It only takes a couple of seconds to feel your core temperature going back to normal.

You will get no complaints from me because in my opinion summer is WAAAAAY TOOOOOO SHORT!!!

If you do not have air conditioning go to places that offer air conditioning (libraries, malls, coffee shops, etc.)
