The P&G site has a lot of technical difficulties. I haven't been able to log in for years now. It keeps asking me to make a new profile when I already have one and it still doesn't accept the new one it asks me to make. I've tried contacting them but I never get any answers back. I hope you'll have better luck.

I've had the same crappy luck with P&G as prettyrainbow.
Good luck getting them to help.

I really like P&G website great products, information, crafts, beauty tips, nice sample packs and coupons but I also have had trouble to print some of their coupons.

Me too!!

I used to get lots of P&G;samples but now I can never get the website to work. It's so frustrating.

I liked when they mailed them to you...

I remember when you had the option to have them mail you the coupons without you having to go through the difficulty of having them not print at home. It seems as though they've done some sort of website update and now it is not anywhere near as user friendly. I still love the samples but the coupons are a nightmare.

I have trouble too

Sometimes it won't let me login like prettyrainbow and other times when I finally do get in it won't let me print the coupons... it is pretty frustrating... It has come to the point now that when I see an email from them telling me about new coupons, I just delete it. I wish I could have the coupons, such a tease!

Same here!

I pretty much gave up on the P & G Website when they did their big "reformat" was it a year ago or more?? Can't remember! Tried and tried to print the new coupons - then finally just gave up. Last week - lo and behold I tried to log in to sign up for the sampler that was being offered - after about 4 tries I was successful and thought what the heck - I'll try to print some coupons. To my complete surprise they actually printed. They have gone to some kind of Adobe system - where you actually download the coupons to your computer that you have selected - then open the Adobe file and print from there. Was rather convoluted - but it did work!
