Eczema

I have a bit of eczema on my elbows. I find that Avene helps. It suited for children and adults.

MOISTURIZERS GOOD FOR ECZEMA

I have eczema, and putting on most moisturizers almost feels like I am setting myself on fire and if they don't, they eventually give me a rash. The only things that work for me are Cetaphil facial lotion on my face and Glaxal Base on my body and hands. It doesnt smell the greatest but the smell does fade quickly and it moisturizers without aggravating anything.

Eczema relief

Grinding up 1/2 a cup of plain oatmeal in a coffee grinder and applying that all over your body in the shower really helps to relieve itchy skin. It rinses out easily and smells fantastic. Plus it's really inexpensive when you do it yourself vs. buying the Aveeno packets.

Then, after the shower, apply generously coconut or olive oil all over. In the winter time, I would also seal it off with a thin coat of vaseline gel. It may sound really greasy but really works for dry/eczema skin.

Another alternative, is the Polysporin Eczema cream. I use it only for my hands though. I don't think the tube would last long if used for the entire body.

Eczema sufferer!

I suffer from bad eczema on the top of my foot and I tried everything. I ended up in the walk-in clinic for something else and when she saw what my foot looked like she told me I was beyond any regular lotion and really needed a prescription lotion. Just check with your doc to see if regular drugstore products will help before you spend your money.
