Use appropriate credit cards for certain purchases (like if you have a mastercard with 2% cashback on groceries, use that one for food purchases only and a visa with points on everything, use that one for all other purchases) Premake your grocery shopping list before you go to the store so you don't over-shop.
You can use apps like Kijiji and Bunz for either selling or trading stuff you don't want or need anymore. I've managed to de-clutter considerably using those two. You can find cool new things and get rid of your old useless stuff in one go.
Before you buy anymore clothes, look through what you already have. Sometimes you forget things you already own because its in the back of your closet. If you reorganize your things you might discover pieces you forgot you had and it'll kind of feel like a new purchase.
