I recently got a jar of organic coconut oil as a gift. I made shrimp with garlic and coconut oil and it tasted fabulous!

I was wondering what else do you use coconut oil for?

I hear that there are countless ways to use it. I would love to hear your suggestions.

I use it in my hair. I apply it and leave it in for an hour or so before washing and conditioning my hair. I use it to moisturize my babies body, I apply it to my nipples while breastfeeding. There's so many things you can use coconut oil for.

I use a small amount in my bath water and it leaves the skin so soft and hydrated looking.

Coconut oil

I use it for my lips, hair , eyelashes and my whole body as a moisturizer! I also use it on my son who has eczema and it works wonders for his skin.

Endless uses!

I personally use coconut oil to make air popped popcorn as an alternative to butter.

When I first started off, I used it for oil pulling and drinking it by the spoon mixed with hot water... I got sick of the taste and the texture pretty quickly and cannot stand it at all now.

I have also heard people use it to condition their hair (though hard to wash off) and as a moisturizer.

I've used it as a hair mask, lip gloss, deodorant. It's also nice to use it in place of butter when cooking.
