Leave your house well rested, drink plenty of fluids and sleep and rest as much as you can on the plane

Jetlag remedy


I heard great comments from a friend of mine who is a pharmacist about taking melatonin strips. You simply place it on top of your tongue and let it melt. It's a natural product, meant to help regulate your sleep. The strips can even be taken by kids. I'm planning on getting them for myself and my husband for our next trip to Europe.

Jet Lag

Definitely rest and fluids. Try and gradually adjust your sleep schedule during the days before you leave so your body is closer to the proper time clock, and schedule a couple of days when you return to just rest.
