My family and I have been there 2 times now. Our first time I had nothing but good things to say about the place. Second time we weren't so lucky. Save your money and skip the buffet. Their food is mediocre for the price you pay, and the waitress we dealt with was extremely rude to me and my family. The pizza place downstairs is decently priced and pizza is pretty good. Save money by going to the Tim Hortons in the morning rather than buying their coffee from their café. Its expensive.
If its one of your childs birthday, make sure you tell the front desk. Your child will get a special wristband for free ice cream your entire stay and special wolf ears.
We purchased a Paw Pass for our 4 year old son, which includes the Magiquest game, and wand. Ears, a stuffy, tokens for arcade, fudge, a free memory picture and activities. It was well worth the money. I would recommend it for any child over the age of 3.
Make sure you scan your bracelet while going down certain waterslides, because (if they are working) they take your picture.
All in all both trips created awesome family memories despite dealing with a few rude people.
