I don’t have kids yet, but as a flight attendant I always suggest being super organized when you’re flying.
Try to be quite efficient with your packing so that you don’t have a ton of bags to juggle and essentials are easy access so you don’t have to dig through everything to find what you’re looking for.

Give yourself lots of time, so you don’t have to rush to catch your flight when you have little kids/babies and you absolutely don’t want to miss your flight.

Most airlines offer pre-boarding, so take advantage of this extra time to get settled in on the aircraft.
It’s a good idea to bring some activities for your kids to keep them entertained on the flight and always pack snacks and drinks for them!
It’s a great idea for everyone to bring an empty water bottle to fill up in the airport so you always have lots of water for the trip.
Try not to stress! Babies cry, things spill, accidents happen!

Mounted cradle

I currently work in Canada and I haven’t seen this on any airlines. People can bring their own airline approved car seats for their babies when flying. It may vary with different airlines, so you would have to check with the airline that you are flying with. It would be great if something like that was offered, but I haven’t seen it in North America.

The wonderful thing about babies is they are very easy to travel with. I'm unsure if you purchased a seat for your baby if so he/she can sit in a car seat. If not you will need to hold her/him. Make sure you have everything you will need for the baby in a diaper bag or your travel bag. Diapers, baby wipes, extra change of clothes in case of blow outs and spit ups. I'm unsure of you breastfeed. I have a flight on Saturday. I'm only flying from Montreal to Saint John New Brunswick but I will breastfeed my baby during take off to prevent ears from popping. My ears have never popped during take off but I know some peoples do. I am travelling with my husband, 4 year old and 2 1/2 year old. I really think babies are easy travellers. My baby is happy most of the time unless he is hungry, dirty or bored. You probably know all the tricks to make your baby happy so I'm sure you will be fine. Have a safe trip.
